These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and haybaj ("haybaj", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the haybaj website located at haybaj.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and content offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account with haybaj, accessing the Service, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with haybaj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

haybaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by haybaj will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance remaining in such an account may be returned at haybaj's sole discretion, after deducting any bonuses received and any winnings derived from bonus play.

To access the full range of haybaj services, you must create a player account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one active account on haybaj. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. haybaj employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be closed, and any balances (including winnings) may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. haybaj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact haybaj support immediately at [email protected]. haybaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

haybaj processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for withdrawals are displayed within your haybaj account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed identity verification. haybaj targets processing all withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

haybaj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. Such checks may include requests for proof of source of funds, proof of address, or additional identity documents. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused during any such review period.

Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a haybaj transaction is a serious breach of these Terms. haybaj reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, recover any funds subject to a chargeback, and pursue recovery through all available legal means if a chargeback is deemed fraudulent or abusive.

From time to time, haybaj offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all haybaj promotions:

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• A wagering requirement will apply to all bonus funds before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• haybaj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reclaim bonus funds, or void winnings derived from bonus play if the bonus has been claimed in breach of the promotion terms or in bad faith.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.

haybaj reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be offered for the cancellation of a promotion that has not yet been claimed or fully used.

haybaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player community. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

A player who requests self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, haybaj will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the excluded player does not receive promotional communications and is unable to log in or place bets. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of three months to permanent exclusion.

haybaj may, at its sole discretion, impose account restrictions on any player whose betting patterns suggest signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested self-exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haybaj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or using haybaj while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with haybaj games or systems.
• Engaging in collusive betting, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent wagering.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any haybaj game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the haybaj platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account on haybaj.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing haybaj accounts.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haybaj staff or other users via any communication channel.

All content on the haybaj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of haybaj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the haybaj Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the haybaj platform without haybaj's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haybaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the haybaj Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or any interruption or unavailability of the Service.

haybaj does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times without interruption, error, or omission. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. haybaj makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, haybaj's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your haybaj account at the time the relevant claim arises.

haybaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account with haybaj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

haybaj uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and haybaj's servers. Your financial data, including payment method details, is handled exclusively through certified, PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on haybaj's own servers in unencrypted form.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the haybaj Service, you should first contact haybaj's support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. haybaj commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

The records maintained by haybaj's servers shall constitute the definitive record of all account transactions, bet placements, game outcomes, and account activity. In any dispute, these records shall be treated as conclusive evidence in the absence of a clear technical error.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to haybaj's operating entity. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority as designated by haybaj's operating terms.
